Which is safer, banks or credit unions?
In my quest to find the safer option between banks and credit unions, I've discovered that both have their own unique strengths. Banks, being larger, often offer more tech-based security measures. However, credit unions, though smaller, are not-for-profit and tend to prioritize member security and satisfaction. Remember, both institutions are federally insured up to $250,000, so your money is safe in either place. Ultimately, the choice between a bank and credit union comes down to personal preference and convenience.
